Is the device water proof?

    It is water resistant.

Do you sell our information?

    No we do not sell your information, we do not even collect it unless you wish to subscribe in which case all we will ask is a email adress not even a name and subscribing does not require a purchase.

Should I keep it on at the range?

​

    No the battery will drain with heavy use.

How Should I Store my Handgun While the Converter is on?

​

    Place the gun on its side with the metal slide facing up or mount it/ strap it with the gun pointing directly down for longer use between charges.

How Often Should I Charge my Device?

​

    Once a week if it is left in one place following our storage suggestions however if you are carrying we recommend charging ever night or every other night.  You can charge while your lock is on your handgun, charging takes roughly 35 minutes.

Will it fit in my Holster?  

​

    You may need a soft holster meant to hold a laser attachment or maybe yours will fit it as is.
